Project Description: Girlgig Productions is company based in Vancouver, BC, Canada that produces and promotes concerts featuring the best in local, national, and international womens music. Girlgig Productions also co-produces and promotes shows in conjunction with other local and international concert promotion and production companies, including Sound & Furies and House of Blues. After several years in business, Girlgig Productions decided that it was time for a branding strategy and website. Amplify Multimedia provided graphic design for a corporate identity package for Girlgig Productions, including a logo and business card design.

The new Girlgig Productions logo appears in newspaper ads for upcoming gigs; on promotional concert posters placed prominently throughout the city of Vancouver; quarter page flyers available at gigs, ticket outlets and other locations; and on faxes and other print-based items. As a great deal of Girlgig Productions's printed material is in black and white, 3 versions of the logo were created.
One logo version is for use on printed items with a white background. Another logo version is for printing on black or dark backgrounds. A third full color logo is for full color printed material, such as the business card Amplify Multimedia designed for Girlgig Productions, and for Internet usage on the Girlgirl Production website, HTML newsletter, etc.
Amplify Multimedia and Girlgig Productions are currently in the final stages of requirements analysis planning for http://www.girlgigs.com. The website design & development process will begin shortly. The upcoming website will feature:
Calendar of Events Mailing list sign-up for HTML newsletter *Content Management System* (CMS) allowing Girlgig staff to update and maintain their website Administrative mailing list manager, enabling Girlgig staff to manage mailing list membership, create HTML newsletters, and other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tasks.
Amplify Multimedia has developed and is maintaining a 1-page website listing upcoming Girlgig Production shows and event info until the completed site is available.
